Hi I contacted NAS when I had access problems some months ago. Its apparently a known problem. The reply asked for the reference of the hit for which I wanted further detail however by the time I received the reply (a day or later) I had actually managed to access it through sheer perseverance accompanied by a lot of hair pulling. I may be wrong but I dont think NAS will mail anything to you. You may have to contact a local researcher to do it for you. I think I recall seeing something on the website about it. The good news is I was told last night by NAS that there will be a new search facility in April which will be very much of an improvement on the current one.
