Hello all: I have hit a road block in trying to find the birth of Cecilia Lindsay. Father James Gordon, (writer) mother Ann Gordon, (later Cowie). I have Cecilia's Marriage Record, but have not been able to locate through the IGI or Scotlandspeople her birth. I figure her birth to be around 1843. She was reportedly 20 yrs of age at the time of her marriage in District of Tradeston, Glasgow in 1863. Is there an SKS out there who may be able to take a few minutes to look her up for me. I have found a connection to the Gordon Family here in Canada and it would help both of us to see the information on her birth record. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
