Irene, My 3 x Gt. Grandfather CHARLES MCDOUGAL married CATHARINE/KATHERINE NISBETT on 5th December, 1795 at Dundee, Angus. Katherine was born on 5th August, 1775 at Glasgow, Lanark. Her parents were DAVID NISBETT and ELIZABETH McARTHUR. I have not been able to find anything further about them. Just thought you might be interested in this family.
