Hello James, The name Peter Duncan doesn't sound familiar, and I'm not sure about Anne McNeil, but I did look into Peter Duncan in Utah, and found and copied a death certificate for him and for a son James McNeil Duncan. If you don't already have them, and need a copy, just let me know, and I'll send it your way. I'm new at researching my Duncan/McNeil/Reid clan in Scotland, so I'm not familiar with to many names, but I will keep Peter Duncan and Anne McNeil on my list, just incase I do make a connection.
