Hello all: I could use a little help here. I am related to the Crunkleton family who were originally English and living somewhere in the border counties along the Scottish border in the period of 1000-1400 a.d.. They are listed as small land owners and by name etc. in some tax record. Eventually some of them migrated to Scotland and during the Plantation Period to Donegal, N.I. and in 1729 they all left for the USA. I would apprerciate any help in locating these tax records.
