Hello List, HELP Information wanted on My 3X Great Grandparents were DAVID DOWNIE AND MARGARET ROBERTSON Their son JAMES DOWNIE was my 2X Great Grandfather Do anyone on this list or someone have these people in their tree PLEASE I did have some information before, but my Family Tree Maker kept playing up and when I retreaved a backup it did not have all my data on about the DOWNIE family. DAVID DOWNIE was born in 1802 in Glenisla, Angus, Scotland. MARGARET ROBERTSON was also born about 1803 in Glenisla, Angus, Scotland. Do anyone know what happened to their other children. ANN DOWNIE Born 1824 in Rattray, Perth, Scotland. ELIZABETH DOWNIE Born 1826 in Glenisla, Angus, Scotland. JANET DOWNIE Born 1828 in Glenisla, Angus, Scotland. How sure are you of Margaret's birth year. In the ROBERTSON birth and baptism databases I find a Margrat, born to Helen MCKENZIE and William ROBERTSON, born 1799 in Glenisla, film no. 993435.
