Hello Shelia, Thank you for responding to my email. My 3X Great Grandparents were David Rodger and Margaret McAlpine. They were married on 14 October 1825 at Musselburgh, Inveresk, Midlothian, Scotland. I have David's year of birth about 1794 as I have a Christening for him on 14 February 1794 I have David as the son of David Rodger and Elizabeth Baillie. But don't think David Rodger father of My 2X Great Grandfather William Rodger can be the son of David and Elizabeth Rodger as he was still alive in 1891 census although he was born about 1804. Do you have any more data on the David Rodger that is in your tree born 1807. My Rodgers were born in Inveresk, Midlothian, Scotland and mostly stayed in Musselburgh and Edinburgh and some moved to Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland. Thank you for any help I might receive.
