    3. Hi Len, Here goes: 5th October 1812 John Finlay Gunner in the 2nd Battallion Royal Artillary in Haddington. and Margt. Henderson in High School Close Canongate Daughter of George Henderson, Wright there, gave up their names for Marriage. The Residence of the Parties and other particulars stated in the Marriage Lines are certified by the said George Henderson and Archd. Smith Wright in Canongate Edin. .. Good luck with the paintings!
