Thank you for answering. I think my Nicol are a generation earlier than yours. May Married William Young I would think around 1794. Their daughter Elizabeth married William Fraser and they emigrated to Canada and settled in Quebec. I haven't any real information about May except I think I have found their marriage record getting them married in 1817 in Stirling. Although the name is spelt Nichol. If none of this is of interest just disregard it. Sometimes just the small bit of information is useful but without any concrete information it means nothing.
