Hi Folks I use this facility regularly and successfully. The method I follow from the standard search page is (1) choose the IGI search option. Hi Donald Thanks you - that works. It was my mistake - I was selecting "All Resources" instead of IGI. I don't use Family Search very often as all it usually gives me is what I already know. Even then the information is usually inaccurate - four entries for my ggg grandparents all with different birth dates! Thanks to everyone else who responded to my plea for help.
