Hello again, Avril Just found William Lain on an Ancestry tree. There is not a lot of information about him other than he married a Frances Robson in Newcastle upon Tyne on 22 June 1862 in Alls Saints Church, Newcastle.. So the family may have moved from Edinburgh to Newcastle (see my earlier email today about John Lain). The owner of the tree lives in Northumberland and "last logged in over 6 months ago", suggesting that he/she may have dropped their Ancestry subscription. They have not entered any information about siblings or parents of either William or his wife. Rhoda
