    3. Hello again Rhoda You seem to always be able to help me out, Thank you so much for the information . I was in Scotland in March and picked up a copy of a court case from West Register House. The court case was who was the heir to Alexander Redpath of High Street ,Edinburgh, he was the nephew of Janet Kinnaird, All parties were named on the Kinnaird side as she was the wife of Thomas Kinnaird. All the children of Janet were named as well as husbands and wives. David Hay Kinnaird was the son of Robert Kinnaird and Marion Dickson, so not the father to Thomas and Walter and not the Husband of Jane but the brother to them , the problem was how they were given in the summation of the case. The case gave no ages for any of the people involved. It took three years to find the paperwork on the case, I searched the Scotsman Archives for Jacobina Kinnaird and this case came up , a very kind list member was able to send me the full transcript of the Scotsman article and told me to try the library on George the Fourth Bridge they said they did not have it. I eventually found out about West Register House but had to wait till I could go there in Person as they have no email address. 3. Hello Bob Glad to be able to help. Just thought you might like to know that Ancestry transcribed the family as 'MINNICH' and Walter as 41 years old! The original was pretty difficult to read. I will send you the original image off-list. Best wishes Rhoda
