That's the opposite end of the country to Middlesex. It's not the same area. It's unlikely this is the marriage for your Margaret. The other two marriages between 1870 and 1880 were in Canterbury Registration District which is Kent and Wolverhampton Registration District which is Staffordshire and Shropshire. It crossed county boundaries. That area is now known as West Midlands. I think perhaps you need to order some marriage certificates to see who your people did marry.
