You can't always rely on correct ages and birth places on Census forms, my gg grandmother never had the same age or birth place on the census. Now I have found a close match in 1871 census of St Lukes, 21 Reform Place which is just near Whitecross St. Mary Johnson widow aged 46 born Ireland and daughter Helen aged 18 born St Lukes. Helen could be Ellen and St Lukes might be an error of birthplace.
