    3. It would be an honour to sit down with my first cousin twice removed, Helen Phoebe Maguire, nee Bennett, born Westminster 1857 to William John Bennett, builder, and Mary Ann Pittway, and living in Islington in 1881-1911 - paper stainer, with her husband Thomas William Maguire, also paper stainer, to ask of them did they have any idea of the arsenic within the wall papers they were decorating? Obviously not. I have not yet sussed out their deaths, but I would think it wouldn't be much further on than 1911 due to the poison in those wall paper hangings. It is interesting that there are recent TV documentaries which purport to show the dangers (poisons etc) that the Victorian population were living in within their own homes with new changes. I hope to view some of these docs. Any info by listers would be most appreciated. I hope your stubborn brick walls will crumble and fall apart in the New Year, as much of mine have recently due to more records being introduced online by Ancestry and FMP. Not too much new with MDX, but tons in other counties. Also, time to remember with the coming 2015 remembrance of Gallipoli landings. Lest we forget. Blessings for the New Year. Graham
