Keith's message clearly illustrates one of the reasons why 1911 census requests have never been acceptable on this and many other online forums. Those without internet access are not subscribed here. Those who are sufficiently well acquainted to agree to pay for one another's research have no need to do so through a public mailing list. All users of 1911census.co.uk and/or subscribers to FMP are bound by various terms and conditions.
