H Anne, Thank you very much for your help. It seems as though the James Yates I am looking for was not the one marrying Emily Matilda Dunn. It is possible that mine died young as I have not been able to find any information on him. I did actually have all the other information that you sent. I was just looking for this James Yates Grimwood to fill in the blanks in my family tree as he was an older brother of John Yates Grimwood.
