I looking for a baptism of Rebecca Watts d/o of Richard and Sarah Watts Her bd believed to be Sept 1847 and was baptism record for part of January 1848 St Marys Baptism Record on page 20 for the entry I want is almost unreadable. page 20 second entry appears to be the one. I have ancestry.com and the image(#3) I get is almost nil. Is there SKS that has access to better copy that could verify and if possible get an image for me. Thank you Don Chinnery Sun City Center FL
Hi Don How annoying, it seems the page has moved during the scanning process. You need to find someone who is planning a trip to the LMA (London Metropolitan Archives) in Islington where they have the films that were copied by Ancestry. regards Chris --- On Sun, 26/9/10, Don <myhobbies@tampabay.rr.com> wrote: > From: Don <myhobbies@tampabay.rr.com> > Subject: [MDX] St Marys Islington access to Parish Baptism 1847 Help needed > To: middlesex_county_uk@rootsweb.com > Date: Sunday, 26 September, 2010, 0:49 > I looking for a baptism of Rebecca > Watts d/o of Richard and Sarah Watts > Her bd believed to be Sept 1847 and was baptism record for > part of January > 1848 > St Marys Baptism Record on page 20 for the entry I want is > almost > unreadable. > > page 20 second entry appears to be the one.
