Hello Do any other members have a little more sway with Ancestry than I do? I recently contacted them after spending ages looking for Ashford in Middlesex in the 1901 Census - only to find it indexed under Berkshire. I informed them and said just by looking at an original sheet they could see the error. This is what they came back with: Thank you for your email. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have reported this to our content team to look into. Feedback from you, our valued customer, helps us correct errors and improve the website. Your patience and efforts to assist us in this matter are appreciated. Please understand that fixes to errors on Ancestry are posted firstly in the order of those which affect the greatest number of users, and thereafter in the order in which they are reported. For this reason, fixes for some errors may take longer than others to be posted. We appreciate your patience. Kind regards, Jessica This has still not been sorted (from begining of July) and looking back through some of my old emails I realised I had notified them of this same problem over 2 years ago, but I had forgotten, old age!! Can anyone contact them to tell them where Ashford should be? Many thanks Lynne
