    3. It IS possible to "fool" the ISP into believing your computer is in another country. I attended a computer meeting and this was one of the talks, but this was a couple or three years ago and I didn't try it and so I don't know how to do now. It is not recommended as theoretically one is breaking a law - but internet connections are world wide and I'm not sure whose law!
