FindMyPast, for instance, have the authority to discontinue subscriptions. See if you can find some other way of getting around this little problem. i.e. do you have any indication of where the children may have been baptised? Have you checked FreeBMD for births? Possibly, someone may be able to look for you on the 1901 at Ancestry.com (hope so, anyway) which such regs do not apply, but certainly not the 1911 which is monitored for breaches of regulations.
