Hi Charani, well I have just ordered the first 9 quid + certificate without the GRO reference as Judy suggested. Delivery will be around the 24th (I hope) and when I receive this, or a refund earlier, I will let the list know the results. Thus everyone will know for sure the GRO's current proceedure where the correct certificate reference is not so cut and dried. If I get it wrong and they refund the full fee it will be 100% improvement on yesterdays Melbourne Cup. (my horse is still running!) Just a caution, Bob, it is being despatched on the 24th, ie posted in the UK, not delivered to you in Brisbane! At least that's what mine said, and to allow for delivery time.
