Hi Colleen, Do you know if your Hyland family came from Ireland. There is a Bridget of the right age with her brother Richard working in the cotton mills in Stanleybridge, Lancashire in 1851 Census. He was born in Ireland and she was born in Yorkshire. Cheers from Australia. Pat
