    1. [MDX] Parents and birth information - INKS
    2. My ancestors, borthers- Thomas, John and William INKS were transported to America (to Maryland, ending up in Pennsylvania) from Middlesex in 1766, via the convict ships HMS Tryal and Justitia. I am unable to track any information on their parents or family. Can anyone please find records of birth listings, parentage, siblings, etc? thanks, Ed Inks California

    3. Hello Ed Not sure how much you've looked around, and I have no idea how accurate it is, but there seems to be at least one public tree on Ancestry suggesting that a Thomas INKS who arrived in America on the Justitia was born around 1750 in Minsterley, Shropshire in England. The report also mentions a father for Thomas. http://trees.ancestry.co.uk/tree/3016164/person/-1787939502/media/1 http://trees.ancestry.co.uk/tree/3016164/person/-1787939502 If this is unknown to you, it might be worth enquiring or furthering your own research in that direction, I would think, taking into account other spellings such as INKS INKES HINKS HINKES for starters.
