Would anyone have connections with the above lady. I am intrigued by her life. Born in 1870 in Lambeth daughter of Charles and Mary Ann she is listed on the 1891 census as Alberta L Demoray Holmes a music hall artiste. She married Horace DeMory in Camberwell in 1891. I have been unable to trace him at all. May be due to transciption. In 1893 there is a marriage for Louisa Alberto to Alfred Rudd. Her sister appears as a witness. In 1901 she is widowed.Then by the 1911 census she is married (4 years) to Horace George Carey. I feel i have the same lady through these years and i wondered if there is a link to trace Music hall artistes. My gut feeling is Horace George Carey and Demory could be the same man. In 1911 she is living with children from her deceased husband Alfred Rudd and children with Horace Carey. Many thanks karen
