Only put in the information that is given on FreeBMD, nothing more and make sure you check the "yes" box where it asks if you have the GRO reference. Don't worry about putting in an age. The system knows there were no ages given in the indices before 1866. When you get the certificate, don't forget to add the details to FreeBMD as a Postem.
