Monday between Two and Three o'Clock in the Afternoon, came on at the Court of King's Bench, Guildhall, before the Lord Chief Justice RAYMOND , the Trial of Mr. Thomas BAMBRIDGE and Mr. Richard CORBET , upon the Writ of Appeal lodged against them by the Widow CASTELL , for the murder of her Husband; and after hearing a great Number of Witnesses, both for the Appellant and Appellees, which lasted till Twelve at Night, the Jury, after withdrawing for a few Moments, acquitted them both. DEATH. William FINCH , in the Rules of the Fleet-Prison, who had been a very material Witness for the Widow, against BAMBRIDGE and CORBET , for the Murder of her Husband.
