Moon. I know his father was Howard A. Moon and his mother was Faith (Ball) Moon. I am not sure when Charles was born....but I think it was in the early 20's - might have been late 20's. I think he died as a young child. I didn't know he existed until he showed up in my grandmother's obituary (Cecile Moon Riegle). I am also looking for Howard's obituary as well.
