After getting access to the 1900 census - it looks like I have found them in Marengo. I don't really have any experience or access to American records so I wondered if anyone could be of assitance. The names are as follows John LOW(E) born 1843 - Susannah LOW(E) born 1843 and children Mary Ann born 1870, William born 1875, Henrietta LOW born 1879 and Arthur born 1883.
