He was born December 2, 1964, the son of Jerry Tubbs and Barbara (Boyce) Coy. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Leroy and Olga Boyce; paternal grandfather, Rev. Lloyd Tubbs and two uncles, Odell Boyce and Larry Boyce. He leaves to cherish his memories two sons, Keelon Dennard of Grand Rapids, MI and Vincent DuWayne Tubbs; a daughter, Kamarion S.M. Tubbs, both of Battle Creek, MI; father, Jerry H. (Leflore) Tubbs of Kalamazoo, MI; mother, Barbara A. (Laurence) Coy of Battle Creek, MI; three brothers, Dexter Johnson, Ryan and Frank Tubbs, and a sister, Tiffiany Tubbs; paternal grandmother, Arstillure Tubbs; special aunt, Modean (Hubert) Reeves, all of Kalamazoo, MI; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, with a 10:00 AM family hour at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Pastor Addis Moore, officiating.
