Miller, was born in Battle Creek Twp (Calhoune) MIchigan, 28 April 1850/52.. Her parents were Sylvester Miller and Elizabeth Wood(s). By 1860 Sarah was living with Isiah Wood, age 65, in Morgan County, Illinois. I am searching for any information about her parents, neither of whom was with her in 1860. Sarah gave her father's birthplace variously as Michigan and Pennsylvania, most often Pennsylvania, for Census responses 1880-1930. Sarah gave her mother's birthplace variously as Michigan and Virginia, most often Virginia, for the Census responses 1880-1930. This is the only information I have about Sarah's parents.
