Age 87 Of Battle Creek Died January 11, 2005 at Heartland Health Care in Kalamazoo. She was born March 10, 1917 to Frank and Anna Paul Sr. in Battle Creek. She worked for the Kellogg Company for 28 years, retiring in 1973. Margaret married James "Bud" Farrington on January 31, 1935. He died December 29, 2004. She was also preceded in death by her parents; son, Robert A. Farrington; daughter, Shirley Ann Farrington; and brother, Frank Paul Jr. Surviving are a son, Richard (Sharon) L. Farrington of Comstock; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sister -in-law, Virginia Jones of Athens; and several nieces and nephews. Margaret was a member of the Kellogg 25 Year club, AARP at the local and national levels and Trinity Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing cards, bingo, watching soap operas, bowling and cooking. Friends may call after 2:00 p.m. Friday at Shaw Funeral Home 2838 Capital Ave., SW, Battle Creek www.shawfuneralhome.com where family will be present from 2 until 4:00 p.m. and 6 until 8:00 p.m. Services 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, Pastor John Vick, First Free Will Baptist Church of Comstock, officiating.
