She was born in Allen, Ky., and moved to Albion in 1953. He husband, Dories Mulkey, died in 1984. She is survived by sons, Stephen and John L Mulkey, both of Albion; a daughter, Patricia M. Gonzalez of Albion; three grandchildren; brothers Clarence and Ernest Mulkey, both of Allen. Harry Mulkey of Banner, Ky., Melvin Mulkey of Chelsea, and Luther Mulkey Martin and sisters Hazel Stephens of Allen, and Ruth Mulkey of Albion.
