CARMANY - Bedford Township, Died April 5, 1998 in Battle Creek. Mrs. CARMANY was born in Kalamazoo on November 21, 1925, the daughter of Stephen and Julia (ORLUSKI) MOSKALIK. In October of 1947 she married Earl J. CARMANY Sr. who preceded her in death in 1979. She was an active member of St. Jerome Catholic Church in Bedford Township, and enjoyed playing cards, bingo and fishing. Surviving are sons, William S. CARMANY of Climax, and Earl J. CARMANY Jr. of Bedford; 4 grandchildren, brothers, Peter and Alvin MOSKALIK, both of Kalamazoo; and a sister, Anna CHMIEL, also of Kalamazoo; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. CARMANY was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 2 sisters. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Thursday, May 7, 1998 at 5 p.m. at St. Jerome Catholic church, Bedford Township, with Fr. Paul Cummings, celebrant. Burial Hickory Corners Cemetery. Memorial contributions to St. Jerome Catholic Church will be appreciated. Arrangements by Redmond!
