He was born December 30, 1927 in Toledo, Ohio to Lenise and Bessie (Snyder) McCracken. Keith served in the Navy during World War II. He worked in electronics and television repair, and then worked for the Federal Government as a DLSC systems analyst, retiring from the Federal Center after 30 years. He married Norma Alacia Long on July 28, 1949 in Toledo. She survives. Also surviving are daughters, Linda (Richard) Kim of Miliani, Hawaii, Sharon (Richard) Wingard of Battle Creek; sons, Richard (Pat) McCracken of Kalamazoo, Ken McCracken and Randy (Annette) McCracken, both of Battle Creek; nine grandchildren, two great-grandchil-dren; brothers, Gerald McCracken and Wayne McCracken of Toledo. He was preceded in death by brothers, Donald and Robert McCracken. Keith was a member of AFGE, and the V.F.W. He enjoyed camping with his wife and was a member of several camping clubs. They especially enjoyed Sandy Pines campground in Do! rr. He also liked to do woodworking.
