She was born in Newaygo county, but had been an area resident for 22 years. She was a member of the First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Battle Creek. She is survived by daughters, Mrs. Virginia Bories of Butler, MO, Mrs. Eleanor Leitenberger of Erie, Pa, and Mrs. Monte (Judy) Conant of Athens, sons Harry Holtom of Worthington Ohio, and Gary Pomeroy of East Leroy.
