Anna Ellen Taylor was born about 1883 in the Battle creek area. She married Arthur George Seger on Sept 6, 1902 in Marshall, MI. I am in PA so I can not use any of the local MI resources and the internet has come up dry on this branch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
