Information courtesy of Sharon Warner, Homer Index. Clayton Alexander "Skip" Hopp Jr., 54, died Wednesday, October 20, 1999, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Hopp was born August 8, 1945, in Detroit, to Clayton and Monica (Williams) Hopp. They survive in Homer. He was married to Susan Parent, and she also survives. He graduated from Ann Arbor High School and was a Vietnam veteran, serving in the United States Army. He then graduated from Cleary College with a degree in business. In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Hopp is survived by a daughter, Megan Elizabeth; a grandmother, Louise Williams; a brother, Daniel Hopp; two sisters, Elizabeth Heller and Emily Salvette; and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many cousins. Memorial services were held at Northminster Presbyterian Church in Cincinnati, Sunday, October 24. A committal service will be held at 11 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery, Homer, Saturday, November 13. Memorial contributions may be made to the Finneytown Music Parents, in which he was active, 8916 Fountainebleau Terr., Cincinnati, OH 45231, and, if possible, donations of blood/platelets to University of Michigan Med Center.
