Information courtesy of Sharon Warner, Homer Index. Easer Irene King, 58, of Homer, died Monday, October 18, 1999, at Foote Hospital in Jackson. Mrs. King was born April 10, 1941, in Breathitt County, Kentucky, to Rollie and Mossie (Ketchum) Hollon. She married Robert King in Jackson, Kentucky, in 1956. He survives. Mrs. King lived in the Homer area since 1974. She worked in various nursing homes in the area. In addition to her husband, survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Dave (Donna) Barlond of Marshall, Mrs. Timothy (Teresa) Collins of Albion, Glenda Moore of Albion, and Mrs. Dottie (Sherry) Hall of Homer; one son, Christopher (Patricia) King of Albion; 13 grandchildren; one brother, Timothy Hollon of Olivet; four sisters, Mrs. Odell (Betty) Hall of Homer, Mrs. James (Mary Ann) Wright of Homer, Mrs. Danny (Martha) Rowe of Olivet, and Mrs. Glen (Pamela) Bentley of Albion. She was preceded in death by a sister, Mrs. Mildred Louise Hollon. Funeral services were held Friday, October 22, at the Albion Chapel of Tidd-Williams Funeral Chapels. Burial was in Albion Memory Gardens. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
