I just found out that my 5th G grandparents(Hannah HAMMOND and husband William Henry Alden (this record calls him Stephen Henry "Harry" Alden, giving the same dates that I have) were buried at the Mulvaney farm a quarter of a mile north of the Mulvaney School (fractional District No. Two, Penfield and Convis township) From: Ancestry.com. I cannoot find a death cert. for my great grandpa, Fred L. Stewart. Lansing does not have one. He died in the early 1900's when his son was still a baby. He was married to Grace Irene Parker. Can anyone tell me if there is an obit for him? Thanks, Sally
I am looking for info on my aunt. In the 1930's census she was listed as Ruth Johnson, a Boarder with Fanny and Clarence Rosenberger. She was about two yrs old at that time. She is now deceased. Family thought she was legally adopted by the Rosenberger's, but her children say she wasn't. She did use the Rosenberger name. Her family would like to know her background. I am looking for info on my grandpa Irving Henry Bahney of Battle Creek, or Bedford. He was born in the late 1800. In 1924, the yr of my mom's birth, he moved to Ohio. He was married and I believed widowed at a young age. He d. about 1974 in Ohio. It was listed that he was survived by three nieces. Two from CA, and one from Eaton Rapids, MI. Thanks, Sally
I am trying to help my cousin find her biological family. Helen M. Rosenberger and Jacob Levy had a baby boy that was placed for adoption in Battle Creek.Sometime after 1930. Helen was born in 1916 in Battle Creek and was adopted by the Rosenberger's of Battle Creek. Helen then went on to marry Richard DeLong and had two daughters, Sherry and Linda. Sherry is now deceased. I am trying to find my cousin Linda DeLong who was b in Battle Creek Between 1946 and 1950. Thanks, Sally
