James Grier Cleveland married a 2nd time a Hannah Maria Risbridger in Battle Creek 07 Jan 1882. They relocated to Madison, Madison, NE where they had a daughter, Verbia Imo and 2 other children that died as babies. In James obit in 1917 it says that only two children from both marriages was still alive. Zella who was adopted and Verbia. If that is correct than Charles Asa died before 1917? The photograph was taken at the Howard Baker and Harry Edelman Studio in Battle Creek, Michigan.     3. I've "rescued" an old photograph of Lyman COOLEY which was taken at the Markham Studio in Michigan. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1890's with Lyman likely in his 30's or 40's at the time it was taken. There is no location indicated on the photograph, however, because another photograph indicates that it was taken at the Elmer COOLEY house in Bellevue, Michigan, I'm guessing that this photograph originated from the same location. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Lyman and his family: Lyman F. COOLEY was b. Yes, she is Am Indian. Yes, her Mom is known as Nancy Ames. One place says she was b. in the Mohawk Valley, NY and one says Canada. I believe she said she crossed the border in the 1855 around there. Look in the census for 1880 and the widow pension of 1894 in Almont, MI. Is that where Rose L was born. And do you know her real birth place.
