ALBION - Services were held today for Marcy Stephens, 64, of l3730 N. Clark St., who died Thursday in Albion Community Hospital after a two-year illness. He was born in Ailen, Ky., and came to Albion in 1953. Stephens was employed at the Albion Malleable Division of Hayes-Albion Corp. as a sweeper before retiring one year ago. He served in the Army during World War II and was a member of the VFW. Surviving are his widow, the former Josphine Webb; sons, Ted and Joseph Stephens, both of Albion, and Dale of Coldwater; daughters, Mrs. David (Faye) Blair, Miss Diann Stephens, Mrs. Daniel (Donna) Jalbert and Miss Rita Stephens, all of Albion; nine grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Dorles (Elma) Mulkey and Mrs. Roscoe (Ruth) Mulkey, both of Albion, and Miss Hazel Stephens of Allen, Ky., and brothers, Burns, Clarence, Ernest, Harry and Luther Stephens, all of Allen, Ky., and Melvin of Chelsea. Cunningham" and found nothing. That's suspicious. You would think that would give lots of results when you search all of Michigan for S. Cunningham. They were there by 1861 that I know of, and I looked on the 1871 on-line census, and couldn't find them, but it could be the spelling was off. Nothing for the 1880 census either.     3. Calhoun County Genealogists to Meet Tuesday The Calhoun County Genealogical Society is pleased to announce this month's presentation. James N. Jackson of Battle Creek will be the guest speaker for the Tuesday, March 27th meeting. The title of his presentation is "Putting it all Together." The meeting will take place 7:00 p.m. at the Gifford Schultz Education Service Center - Calhoun Intermediate School District (CISD). The facility is located at 17111 G Drive So., Marshall. Mr. Jackson has served as president of the Detroit Society for Genealogical Research Inc. and president of the Oakland County Genealogical Society. He has been the index editor of the SDGR Magazine since 1994. In 2006, he received the Lucy Mary Kellogg Award for his contributions to preservation and education of genealogy and history. He has had numerous articles published, and has taught genealogical classes and presented talks to various local societies including the Michigan Genealogical Conference. An 1860 census of Calhoun County-LeRoy Tws, Michigan shows Lydia with her 2 children by her first marriage (Lemuel Warriner), her brother George Beadle and her 2 children by William L. Porter. My Grandma was Hazel G. Teeter born in 1898 and died in 1969 in michigan. Her first husband was Harry Andrew Holtom Sr who died in Battle Creek MI. Her second husband was Harry W. Fall, born 11 16 1905 died 10 6 1985 in Flint Michigan. They are buried in the Congregational Cemetary in Leroy Township Michigan. I have more information if this is the same person. He was employed as a telephone technician for over 25 years at All-Tronics. In 1989, he was united in marriage to the former Jodetta Sue Aker, who survives. He enjoyed motorcycles and snowmobile riding and working with his hands. Surviving is a daughter, Bailee LeNae Orman of Battle Creek; his parents; a sister, Joan M. Orman and companion Eric F. Gerard had owned his own pet store for eight years, and then worked as an animal technician for Charles River laboratory for two years until going on early disability. He married the former Tomma R.
