Hello, The Michigan DNR (http://www.dnr.state.mi.us/spatialdatalibrary/Public_Land_Survey_Concise_Metadata.htm) provides the townships and sections as Geographical Information System (GIS) files in including the ArcView Shapefile format. The free ArcExplorer program can be used to view the files.
