Have seen Clapsaddle surname before, in LaSalle Co., IL. An attorney by that name did some probate work in 1922 for a relative. Kind of interesting to see an 'original' spelling. Is there a 'definition' for Klepsattel? Just wondering if there is method to the madness, soda speak... Can't recall attorney's first name at the moment, but if you need further information, I can go look it up. Initial was "A" - can't remember if there was more to the name or not.
