I did ask again and they did tell me Russell Rogers got married and had at least two kids in Ohio. I started checking and confirmed the names with them. He married Lorraine or Lowaine Elsabeth Thompson and their children were Holly Rogers and Leslie Paul Rogers. Russell did have two other half siblings when his mother Francis remarried a Mcalvery/Macalvey. Those could be the siblings that you found?
