Obtain a copy of the Death Certificate from either the Bay County County Clerk (in Bay City). These usually list the burial location. Or, if no burial location they have to say who the remains where given to (usually a funeral home). The funeral home would have a record of where the burial took place. 2. I would consider sending a letter to the Saginaw Archdiosis that are planning to have a ceremony to commerate the 60th anniversary (in 2012) in the name of those buried in St. Joseph's and you would like a priest present to bless the grounds and a reading of the names. If they don't agree, i would go ahead and plan a ceremony of rememberance and notify the archdiosis and the newspaper that the archdiosis refused to participate and give a blessing. Maybe could embarrass them into it. Also contact a local prient and ask that they be present for the ceremony and perhaps they could request the list. 3. The Oak Ridge cemetary has been transcribed and you should be able to access the list from the web site given to you by Mary Freel. The man that runs that site has been helpful and has added corrections and additions to the records for my relatives buried their. 4. The caretaker (office across the street from the cemetery) has a card catalogue of those buried their and can tell exactly where the gave is even if the headstone is missing. Good Luck.
