I don't even know if William was even alive in 1930. He was married to Amelia Switer and they divorced and I think he remarried some one named Mary. He had lived in places Gibson Twp, Bay County,Mich, Macomb county,Mich and maybe Presque Isle,Mich. I heard he is buried in Altanta,Mich ,but don't know his dod.
