Try the Bay County Genealogical Society. http://www.baymigensociety.org/index.html I looked at the obit that I got from the library and it was stamped Bay County Library System, Bay City Branch, 208 Center Ave., Bay City, MI 48708-5989. Looks like I received it about Feb. 2001. Is that where you sent your request or did you email the library which is what I did.
