He "Remembers the Old Wooden Jail on Sixth Street". He tells about the attempted murder of Oscar Lyon in December of 1861 by Gilbert Wynings. I am hoping that he kept a record of Oscar Lyon's death date and burial location. Did he have a record of what happened to Gilbert Wynings?
