Mary Van Wert was born in May 1858 in Michigan and died after Feb 1925. I have no information about their parents. I do have very limited info about about some Van Werts who came from Holland about that time. The only Peter Van Wert I have died 1856-59 and was married to Alberta _____. Peter Ryers and Mary Van Wert were married in1876. Their children are: 1. John - born Oct 1876, MI; died 28 Feb 1925 Bay City; married before 1905 to Delia Ryan. 2. Elizabeth - born between Oct 1879-1881 MI 3. Dene/Delia - born 1879 MI. Note: They married Charles Brisbo and Martin Mulroy, but I don't know who married whom. 4. George - born Sept 1881 in Hampton Twp; died29 July 1961; married Cora Walraven on 26 Jan 1904 is Essexville (St. John the Evangelist church) 5.
